Kyiv: The war continues between Russia and Ukraine. More than 2 years have passed since the war started and there is no sign of it stopping. Now the matter of concern is that Russia has once again become enraged. Russia is enraged because leaders of Ukraine and Western countries have praised the aid package passed by the US House of Representatives. Regarding this, Russia has warned that after the approval of the bill, Ukraine will be “further devastated” and there will be more deaths.
In fact, the House of Representatives of the US Parliament, during a recent special session, immediately approved foreign aid worth US $ 95 billion for America’s allies Ukraine, Israel and others. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said he was grateful to US lawmakers for the decision. Earlier he had warned that without American aid Ukraine would lose the war.
“We appreciate all the support we receive for our country, its freedoms and people, which Russia is trying to bury under the debris,” Zelensky posted on the social media platform X. He said, “America has demonstrated its leadership from the first day of the war. “This is exactly the kind of leadership that is needed to establish a rules-based system.”
Apart from Ukraine, other western countries and their associated organizations have also appreciated the American aid package. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg posted on ‘X’, “Ukraine is using weapons provided by NATO allies to destroy Russian war capabilities. “With this, Europe and everyone coming into it is safe.”
Dmitry Peskov, a spokesman for the Kremlin’s presidential office in Russia, called the approval of aid for Ukraine “expected.” “This decision will make America richer, ruin Ukraine further and result in the deaths of even more Ukrainian citizens,” Russian news agency RIA Novosti quoted Peskov as saying.
