Gudova added that at the beginning of 2024, Russians’ interest in kitchens was at the level of the same period last year, but against the background of its slight decrease in the second half of 2023, there is now an increase of 12 percent.
The specialist admits that in the second half of 2024, prices for kitchens may increase by 5-7 percent. The cost of such furniture may additionally be affected by an increase in employee salaries against the background of unprecedented low unemployment and high loan rates for enterprises.
